The distribution may be postponed due to Network Connection, Payment Circumstance, and Platforms you use. If you have not received the items after making a purchase, please follow our guidelines attached below to resolve it promptly.
■ How to receive items
1. Quit the game completely first, and rerun the client with the mobile device you made the payment in.
2. In the main screen, click on the 'Menu' button on the top right, then go to the 'Information' tab, and press the 'Restore Purchase' button.
3. Check and receive items you did not receive.
If you have not received your purchases after a certain period, please submit an inquiry to our customer center including Character Name, Platforms, Purchase Time, and Order ID.
■ How to submit an inquiry
In the main screen, Click on the 'Menu' button on the top right, then go to the 'Customer Support' tab. You will be directed to the Customer center. Then click on 'Inquiry', and leave an inquiry in the 'Payment / refunds' category.
※ When submitting an inquiry, please include detailed information (Receipt, Order number, Order ID), date of purchase, and charactrer name.
