■ How to find Google Order number - Web
 1. Connect to an internet browser > Connect to the Payments website
 - payments.google.com
 2. Login to the Google account you have made the transaction with.
 3. Select “Activity" > PlayStore Purchase list will be displayed.
 
 4. Select the Golf Super Crew transaction > Check Receipt
 - (Order number format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX)
 
 ■ How to find Google Order number - App
 1. Connect to Google Play Store.
 2. Tap on the top right [Profile Icon].
 3. Tap on [Manage Google Account].
 4. On the right side of the categories, tap on [Payments and Subscriptions].
 5. Tap the menu button[≡] on the top left.
 6. Tap on [Activity].
 7. Tap on the transaction you want to see in detail on the Activity list.
 8. Details such as price, time and the order number that starts with ’GPA’ are displayed.

 ■ How to find App Store transaction receipt - Web
 1. Connect to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
 2. Login and input Apple ID’s confirmation code(two-factor authentication).
 3. Click on the purchase order ID you would like to see in detail. 
 4. Transaction date and time can be checked on the right side of the product name.
 
 ■ How to find App Store transaction receipt - Mobile
 1. Run the Settings app.
 2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
 3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
 4. Tap on 'Purchase history'.
 5. Tap on the ‘Total’ tab of the transaction in error to screenshot the details displayed. 
 * Order ID, and the time of transaction must be displayed on the App Store’s receipt for us to be able to assist you.
 * Transaction’s time may not be displayed if the device is not updated to the latest iOS version, or if connected to an iPad device.
