Cut-off medal is calculated based on your season highest medal during the pre-notice of the World League. It will be fixed once the World League starts.

You cannot earn anymore World League points if your medal is below cut-off medal. However, if you recover a medal over the cut-off medal during the World League, you can earn World League points again.
